Stuffed bhindi

Bhindi 250g, besan (red gram power) 1 tablespoon, sambar masala 1 tablespoon, Haldi 1/2 teaspoon, salt as you like, Black pepper 1/4 teaspoon, ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon.

Roast besan on low heat, when besan look golden put all masala and put off gas. after 10 min; mix 2 spoon oil in all masala and keep aside, now slice bhindi in the middle to stuff masala inside, Cook in a pan with 2 spoon oil on low flame till colour changes to light brown.
